It is estimated that more than 95% of the world’s population have the Epstein-Barr Virus, meaning that they have come into contact with the virus or it was passed on through birth.

The infection that EBV causes is known as glandular fever or mono (mononucleosis)

Many people are asymptomatic (so they can carry the disease but have no symptoms) under certain stress, the virus can be activated.

When we first get Epstein Barr Virus, it can look like flu symptoms, body aches, headaches, extreme fatigue, and swollen lymph nodes. Depending on its severity, it can last a few days to months.

Your body initiates an immune response to get rid of the virus; if in the future you have blood tests done, it will show antibodies in your bloodstream for Epstein Barr Virus, which your doctor will say you’ve had at some stage; however, it is no longer active.

You actually never get rid of Epstein Barr Virus, it is classed as an opportunist virus, meaning that it waits for the opportune times when you are under stress and when your immune system is dealing with something else so it can cause more damage and disconnection undetected.

Epstein Barr Virus is the underlying cause to many mystery illnesses and chronic health conditions.
If left undetected by the body it can then create a number of other health issues, months, years or even decades down the track.

Epstein-Barr virus is passed through bodily fluids, especially saliva, so it is very easy to contract (Also known as the kissing disease). What actually happens is after your immune system initiates a response and looks like it has the virus under control, EBV settles into and hides itself in one or more of your major organs typically your liver or spleen.

Epstein Barr Virus loves these organs because mercury, dioxins, and other toxins are likely to accumulate there, the virus thrives on these poisons. From this point, if a blood test was done, it will not find Epstein Barr Virus currently active in your system as it is not in your bloodstream, effectively, it is hiding.

It also confuses your immune system and will, at the opportune time (when your body and immune system is at its weakest through times of high stress), move to your Thyroid.

Epstein Barr is one of the leading causes of thyroid disorders and disease.

This then confuses and places stress on your endocrine system (causing hormone imbalances) and more strain on your adrenal glands (causing adrenal fatigue, exhaustion, and burnout). Finally, it attacks and causes inflammation in the central nervous system.

There are a number of different stages to this virus and levels of severity including attaching to mercury allowing EBV to cross the blood-brain barrier.

At this stage, a person’s mental health and neurological structures will become compromised.
